Trackazine uses certain information to provide its core features, including live tracking, Bluetooth device support, map sharing, DIS/TAK communications, VoIP audio, diagnostics, and security features.
Information the App May Use
Depending on which features are enabled, the app may collect or process:

- Bluetooth device information
- Sensor or activity data
- Microphone/audio data for voice communication features

How Location Data Is Used
Location data is used for:
- Live map tracking
- Group location sharing
- Traccar reporting
- DIS/TAK position messaging
If background tracking is enabled, the app may continue collecting location data while the app is closed or not actively in use. A persistent notification is displayed whenever tracking is active.
Audio, Camera, Bluetooth, and Notifications
- Microphone access is only used for enabled VoIP or DIS audio features.
- Camera access is used for QR code scanning.
- Bluetooth access is used to scan for and connect to supported devices.
- Notification permission is used to display tracking status, service alerts, and app notifications.
Third-Party Services
The app can share data with services configured by the user, including:
- Traccar servers
- TAK servers
- DIS networks
- Mumble or other VoIP servers
- Firebase services
Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, and Firebase Messaging may process app data required for authentication, messaging, diagnostics, and performance monitoring.
Data Retention
Data may be stored:
- On the device itself
- By configured third-party services
Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide the selected features, troubleshoot issues, or comply with the policies of connected services.

- Stop tracking
- Disable sharing features

- Request deletion of applicable stored data
Security
Trackazine uses platform security features and encrypted connections where supported.
If a user chooses to connect to non-HTTPS or local-network services, data may be transmitted using those configured connections.
